The Etta is a brand-new building ideally located in the Atlas District. Inspired by the iconic singer, Etta James, we invite you to live with soul! Each home has been designed to maximize space and convenience for city living. Offering over twenty unique floorplans, The Etta has a home that fits your needs. 

Built with incredible attention to quality, The Etta is ideal for urban dwellers. The building is brand new from the ground up and was not converted from an existing building. Extra steps have been taken to reduce noise transmission between units and allow you to enjoy peace at home. Our design was to keep you comfortable at home.

 Where did the name come from? It is rumored that Etta James performed at the location where The Etta was built. In recognition of the strong Jazz and Soul music presence in the Atlas District, we decided to honor the singing icon by naming the building, The Etta. You will notice design elements throughout the building inspired by her. The addition of pops of bright red throughout the building’s common areas is in reference to Etta’s signature crimson red lips. The polished brass fixtures throughout the units is in recognition of the brass instruments found in Jazz music.
